Description
Horizon Benefit Services has partnered with Humana and CVS Pharmacy to provide licensed insurance brokers to answer questions regarding the Affordable Health Care ("Obamacare") and to help clients sign up for insurance coverage. Licensed Insurance brokers will be at CVS Pharmacy, 3000 Washington Street, Waukegan IL on Saturday January 24th from 10:00am to 2:00pm. (corner of Green Bay Road and Washington Street). There is no obligation to purchase insurance at this event. Licensed brokers will be available to assist customers to shop for health insurance coverage and avoid a tax penalty.
